We got 4 estimates before choosing Steadfast Roofing to replace our roof. They were competitively priced and offered comparable products but were the only ones to ask to see our attic area from inside the home & provided detailed pictures of their findings & work as they progressed. They communicated well with timelines and all pertinent information for our job. The Branch Manager Richard, that we worked with was professional & provided all the information we needed from estimate thru his final walk-through inspection. I have had my share of bad experiences with contractors in the last few months but Steadfast was a wonderful pleasure to work with. Beginning with the first appointment to see just how bad my roof was after Milton, to the day of the repair being made, my experience was absolutely outstanding! Josh was on time, kept in touch with me via email and text and sent me photos of the work in progress. They replaced the whole roof including the fascia and the soffit in most places. And, they completed the roof in ONE DAY for less than I expected (it was within the estimate, but I thought it would be more expensive). The work team were also great, cleaned up the area when they were done so all I had to do was admire the beautiful work that they did. Highly recommend!! ~ Lynn M

Steadfast Roofing was referred to me by another contractor when I asked if he knew who could take a look at my roof after I found a shingle on the ground as a result of H. Helene. I wanted a company who wouldn't try to hard sell me on replacing the roof. And that's exactly what Steadfast Roofing did not do. Ethan got up on the roof, found where the shingle came from, and repaired the area after going back to the company to get a couple of replacement shingles (a former repair had been pretty shoddy). He made a suggestion about how to refresh the look of the roof and was really quick about wrapping things up. Much relieved and charged fairly, I am glad to have a resource for help the next time...and if a reroof becomes necessary down the road. ~ Kate L

Picture speaks for itself! I attached a before and after. Jon runs an awesome company with a great crew and great values. His communication is bar none, even including real time photo updates as the job was installed. Pricing was super competitive, and project took only 2 days, just as Jon had estimated. It’s hard to find transparency and easy access communication from the big companies these days. The crew was great too. Working hard and making no mistakes. It was a bit windy and we even had a bunch of material fly into our neighbor’s fenced yard during the demo. The crew made sure to even get into my neighbor’s yard to clean every piece. Very satisfied with the new roof! Will be recommending Steadfast Roofing to everyone I know in the area. ~ Noah D

Got Jon's info from a neighbor who had used him recently to replace their roof. I had been shopping around and already had a quote from a different company. Jon was super helpful and very, very informative and treated me as a friend and not a potential client. Jon answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. His quote was even 50% less than the first company who I had picked originally. I would highly recommend Steadfast Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. His team replaced my entire room in a day and a half and left the surrounding area clean and free of debris. I was even given a link to view photos of the process. Can't recommend Steadfast Roofing enough. Put in the request online late Friday afternoon for our roof leak, within an hour I had an appointment scheduled, by 12:30PM the next day (Saturday), they were on-site, by 1PM found the issue and corrected it. Ethan was up on our 2nd story roof, in the rain, and it was such a simple problem that he didn't even charge us to nail the shingle back in and reseal it. I'm a full time student, working full time, managing an internship, and doing rideshare in my free time - you have no idea how much this means to us right now. I have been stressing since the second I saw the water stain on our ceiling, and went through 3 other companies first. Never again! If we ever have an issue again, Steadfast is my first call - and I strongly recommend anyone in the area to do the same. ~ A D

I chose Steadfast Roofing based on a neighbors referral and I could not have been happier. They met when they said they would, offered a very fair price and ultimately exceeded my expectations. They showed up when they said they would and I was very demanding on time frame and actually had them put into the contract, a kickback provision incase they did not meet my timeframe expectations. Jason W., the Sr. Project Specialist for Steadfast, was absoloutly awesome to deal with, he said what they would do, and they in fact, did what he said. Also note that this was a full tile roof replacement on a 3,600 + sq ft home, so certainly not a small project. If you choose Steadfast, you will not regret it! ~ Jeffrey R

Jon and the team at Steadfast Roofing were informative, patient, helpful, and efficient. We had to use a Public Adjuster to get our insurance company to settle and I never felt any pressure or sales tactics from them, just support and patience. They were there to answer any questions I had along the way. Once it was time for our project to start, I couldn't imagine it to be easier! They arrived in advance to drop off materials, gave us all the instructions we needed - and the actual roof replacement was fast. We didn't stay home the day they did it, but throughout the day they sent us photos as the project progressed. Had a great experience with Steadfast Roofing! From start to finish, Jon and his team were great in getting me scheduled and making recommendations on the type and color roof to install on my home. I ultimately went with the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine in Heatherblend. Their communication and transparency (along with live picture coverage) during the job helped me rest assured knowing it was being done right. The site supervisor (Eric) was also very communicative and answered all my questions as well. Overall very satisfied with the work and confident that the job was done right. Very professional. They answered all my questions. Were alway available by email or text. The crew came on time, worked hard and had covered my bushes, etc before they began. They did a wonderful job. My plywood was taped at all seams, a secondary water barrier installed over that, and the shingles were laid perfectly. They even repaired some facia that needed attention. When they were finished they made sure to clean the area completely and then ran magnets over everywhere just to make sure no nails were left. My house looks wonderful and except for the lovely new roof one would never know they were there. I have had roofers in the past who have slacked off, this group never did, everything was done very professionally and with pride. ~ P M

They did an excellent job job from quote to finish. Jason was great to work with and helped me understand what I was needing and gave no BS. During Milton my wife and I were on out back porch and was looking at out neighbors roof. I told her we would use the company that my neighbors used because we didn’t see any movement on their roof that they just had done 3 months before Milton. After Milton our roof was trashed and we called Steadfast right when we woke up. Jason’s was here early afternoon after running around all day looking at others roofs. We needed a new roof after the recent hurricane. I called three local roofing companies to get quotes. Ethan from Steadfast Roofing came out the next day. His quote was the best by quite a lot. It made me worry because I thought the price was too good to be true. But I read all the reviews and I signed the contract. Ethan answered any questions I had while I was decided on which shingles to choose for my roof. He always responded very quickly. I mentioned to Ethan that we would be able to do the roof sooner if they got a cancellation and they did. They arrived very early on the start date, got the roof finished in one day. The workers were very polite, very respectful of our property and cleaned up everything after. The roof looks amazing. Hurricane Milton did quite a bit of damage to our roof. There were so many “out of town roofing companies” driving around our community looking to make a quick buck. Our neighbors recommended Steadfast Roofing. We gave them a call and I am glad we did. We worked with Jason W. Once the roof damage was assessed, Jason did a great job with staying in communication with us throughout the process. He quoted us a fair and competitive rate.
